Founder
Dr Sam Parsno is the founder and course director for the London College of Oral Implantology (LCOI) and is proud to be providing dentists with education in implant dentistry.
Education
He graduated from one of Europe’s most prominent dental Universities known as the home of the Nobel Prize Assembly, the prestigious Karolinska Institute in Stockholm, Sweden in 1994. The Karolinska Institute was ranked as number one university by QS world university ranking in 2019.
Experience
Sam has over 20 years experience in implant dentistry and completed many years of postgraduate training with special interest in advanced cosmetic and implant dentistry in Sweden (At Brånemark Clinic in Gothenburg), Austria, Germany, United Kingdom, Oxford University (studying systematic reviews), The Royal College of Surgeons (London) and Spain
Mentor
In addition to working in his private practice, he visits other practices in London and other cities in the UK for implant treatment and implant mentoring.

Initial consultation
After your first consultation, we will be able to determine whether you are a suitable candidate and will discuss details of the treatment including costs.
There is a discounted £80 charge for the initial consultation payable at the time of booking. The fee includes a 2D panoramic radiograph.
Highly experienced UK dentists
From initial assessment to final treatment stage, patients will be treated by the same course delegate at LCOI Implant Centre under direct supervision by Dr Sam Parsno.
How to benefit from this reduced price
Patients will need to be available to attend appointments on our designated course days at LCOI Implant Centre, 70 Great Russell St, London WC1B 3BN. These appointments will take place on Wednesdays Saturdays.
The ideal patient will have single or multiple missing teeth.
*The fee £1,290 does not apply to All on 4 or All on 6 fixed bridges. These type of treatments start from £8,500 and will be carried out by our senior implant surgeon Dr Sam Parsno who has over 20 years experience in implant dentistry. Trainee implant dentists may be present to observe.
Single dental implants
If you’re living with a missing tooth, a single dental implant is the closest natural looking replacement to bringing back your smile.
Each single implant contains a substitute titanium root. This is carefully placed into the jawbone to support your new tooth in the right place.
Once the implant has fused into the bone, a porcelain crown is then created to fit perfectly on top.
Your new tooth will be designed specifically to blend in with your remaining teeth and will function just like a real one.
Dental implants are extremely strong and will provide stability for many years to come.
Multiple dental implants
Multiple teeth implants to a complete set of full mouth implants are a long-lasting alternative to traditional treatment options such as dentures, crowns and bridges.
There are also opportunities to have new teeth in a day treatments which enable you to have full-arch prosthetics by placing just four our six dental implants in each jaw.
This procedure is known as All-On-4 or All-On-6 same day teeth. Once the implants have been inserted, a temporary set of teeth are fitted until the implants have fused into the bone.
Then we can create your new perfect teeth and replace the temporary set to give you back that stunning smile.
