The fee includes registration for participating dentist, Nobel Biocare implants for patient treatment, course handouts (In PDF format), disposables provided by the training centre for treatment sessions, free mentoring for a year during the course or longer until your clinical cases are completed, training for one qualified nurse with active GDC registration, currently 50% discount on Nobel Biocare implants and implant components , implant motor provided by Nobel Biocare if required (Start-up offer rate), free DTX planning software.
The course is designed to complete within one year but you have another year to complete your clinical cases with no extra charge.
You will be awarded with a postgraduate certificate in oral Implantology. This will allow you to safely treat your patients with confidence and to comply with GDC guidelines.
The training centre will provide you with patients but in addition to that, you can also bring your own patients to the training centre as long as the treatment is provided under supervision. This should be arranged with your clinical supervisor.

Yes, you will have hands-on sessions for implant placement and live observations/assisting before you start treating patients.
Yes, the clinical supervisors will do their best to give you the opportunity to see your patients from planning to fit stage. Under exceptional and very rare circumstances if the patient is not happy to continue with you, the patient may be transferred to another candidate.
Yes, you will be provided with a supervisor who is responsible for providing you with 2 patients, 1-2 live surgery observations. The mentor will supervise you for 2 clinical cases at all stages of treatment. In addition to these 2 cases provided by your mentor, you have the option to take your own patients to the centre if you wish to treat more patients under direct supervision (Based on mutual agreement between you and your mentor). After completion of the course, if you still require mentor support, your mentor can discuss the arrangements with you. This will be arranged independently between you and your mentor and not in association with LCOI College.
All the clinical supervisors of LCOI are highly qualified with many years of experience in implant dentistry and implant mentoring. They are highly educated, skilled and experienced so you will be in very safe hands.
